TimeLens Digital Imaging is operating with current Covid 19 conditions with attention to quality service and a high level of support, we take our personalized service seriously and will always try to find a way to assist you. The health and safety of our clients and staff is a priority. Hygiene protocols are implemented on entry to the studio.
Our Studio is open to clients by APPOINTMENT ONLY from 11am. You may be required to wear the mask provided. Also hand sanitizer to be used. Free Home Visits can be arranged if genuine circumstances exist. Area is restricted to Local Areas around the post code of 4121.
If any of the below conditions apply: please do not make an appointment with us until you have been cleared of Covid 19. We have the right to refuse entry to anyone who may have Covid 19 or been exposed to it.
If you are feeling unwell or have an respiratory infection, have returned from overseas or interstate recently, been in quarantine or have had contact with anyone who has returned from overseas or interstate, been in quarantine or in contact with anyone who have tested positive to corona virus or anyone who has a respiratory infection or you or someone close to you have been directed to self-isolate please do not visit us or use this method of forwarding your original materials to us. Wait until you have recovered and have been cleared, we understand and are here for you. Please be aware of everyone’s heath and safety, we are trying to accommodate all client’s needs without risk to their or our health. Your cooperation in this matter is vital. ASSESSMENT, DROP OFF & PICK UP - This is by appointment only, as this allows us to implement hygiene practices for you.
Methods of payment include:- BANK TRANSFER OF FUNDS, EFTPOS and PAYPAL (a 1.9% surcharge applies for credit card and PayPal transactions) While we are accepting cash the correct amount is appreciated so that handling is kept to a minimum.
These methods have been implemented to run our service smoothly. Our service and quality of work will remain a high standard and priority.

Photo Restoration & Retouching

At TimeLens Digital Imaging we bring these memories back to life. We always endeavour to restore your photograph where others won’t. After all, they are precious memories.
Photo Archiving
Archive your important family, business or club photographs, documents, slides and negatives. All images and materials are scanned at a high resolution and digitalized to a storage device such as a USB Drive or DVD Disc. This gives the security and peace of mind that your family history and records are backed up. Have several copies made and stored in different locations.
Important Note
All photo restoration work is carried out by our skilled and qualified expert artist/designer in a secure home based production studio at Holland Park on the Brisbane South Side. NO photo restoration work is outsourced.
Your photographs are digitally scanned at a very high resolution with specialized photographic equipment. This ensures that superior detail is obtained from your original. It is only then that the careful, painstaking photo restoration work is commenced. Apart from the initial scan your photograph itself is not touched. All original materials are placed in acid free archival envelopes in secure storage until you collect your precious photographs and restorations. TimeLens Digital Imaging is a genuine registered, Trademarked business that put their clients first.
